9ybet Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules

By accessing or using any service provided by 9ybet — including Sports Betting, casino games, bonuses, and platform features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions described here, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each available game type.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the services of 9ybet. Continued use of the platform after registration constitutes express and irrevocable acceptance of all terms in effect at the time of access.

To use the services of 9ybet, you are required to create a personal account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration requires your full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Brazilian mobile number.

Account rules

• Only one is permitted one account per CPF. Duplicate accounts are closed immediately and all bonus balances are cancelled without compensation.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, transfer, or share access with any third party.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials confidential. The 9ybet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the account holder's negligence.
• All information provided must exactly match the details on the identity document submitted during verification.
• The 9ybet may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Accepted documents: national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or a valid passport.

Providing false information during registration will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all bonus balances. Any real-money balance that was deposited and not used on bets may be returned after identity verification.

• Mercado Pago — via a Mercado Pago account linked to the CPF on file.

Deposit conditions

• Deposits may only be made from accounts or payment instruments held by the same CPF registered with 9ybet. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• The 9ybet does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility.
• Deposits become available for betting immediately upon payment confirmation.

The 9ybet processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key linked to the same CPF used at registration. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not carried out under any circumstances.

Withdrawal conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00.
• Processing time: minutes, available 24 hours a day, including weekends and national holidays.
• The 9ybet does not charge any fees on withdrawals processed via Pix.
• Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may require additional identity verification in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated from the bonus, after the rollover requirement has been met, can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• If fraud or irregularity is suspected, the 9ybet may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing for investigation, notifying the user at their registered email address.

The 9ybet offers a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free spins on slots, and seasonal promotions. Each offer has specific conditions displayed before activation. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• Every bonus has a rollover requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal). The multiplier is clearly stated in the promotion description.
• The welcome bonus of 100% is awarded automatically on the first deposit of R$ 30.00 or more via Pix. One welcome bonus per user.

General betting rules

• Bets are final once confirmed — it is not possible to cancel or modify a bet after confirmation, except through the cash out available in selected markets.
• The 9ybet reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious odds errors, such as clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical failure.
• Live betting is subject to broadcast delays. The 9ybet is not liable for bets placed based on information that became available after the relevant event (goal, card, etc.) had already occurred.
• If an event is suspended or cancelled after it has started, bets are settled according to the specific rules of each market, available on the help page.
• Accumulators (multi-bet) are available for compatible markets. Bets that include correlated events (such as two games involving the same team on the same day) may be declined or have their odds adjusted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9ybet and result in immediate account closure, cancellation of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) for the purpose of accumulating bonuses or circumventing limits.
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
• Money laundering or any activity that violates Brazilian anti-financial crime legislation.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform mechanics in an unauthorized manner.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes.
• Attempts to exploit technical errors or platform bugs for personal gain. Any such errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Any form of fraud in betting or casino games, including coordinating bets on opposing sides of the same event to guarantee profit regardless of the outcome.

The user may request account closure at any time through 9ybet. The process is completed within up to 5 business days after the request.

Consequences of account closure

• Any available real-money balance (with no pending bonuses) will be returned via Pix after identity verification.
• Bonus balances and bonus winnings with an incomplete rollover are forfeited.
• Open bets at the time of settlement are resolved normally — winnings are credited or losses debited according to the outcome of each event.

The 9ybet may also close or suspend accounts for breach of the Terms without prior notice, in the cases described in the Prohibited Conduct section.

The 9ybet collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes of platform operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with regulatory obligations. All processing is carried out in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

User rights as a data subject

• Access — request a list of personal data stored on your account.
• Correction — update any incorrect or outdated information.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured format for use with another service.
• Deletion — request the deletion of personal data, except where the law requires it to be retained for a specified period.

The 9ybet is not liable for financial losses arising from participation in sports betting or casino games. Betting and gambling involve inherent financial risk — the user plays of their own free will and bears full responsibility for the consequences of their decisions.

• The 9ybet does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance; outages caused by technical failures are resolved as quickly as possible.
• The platform is not liable for losses resulting from data transmission delays, the user's internet connection instability, or failures in third-party devices.
• The maximum liability of the 9ybet for any technical failure is limited to the amount wagered in the affected round or transaction.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the applicable betting and gambling legislation in force.

For the resolution of disputes arising from these Terms, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the District Court of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
